What if I need a visa to attend?
We are happy to supply you with an invitation letter providing payment has been received. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a letter without payment as company policy dictates that they are processed only when payment has been received. You need to apply under a "student visitor visa" for IIRMD training courses in London. For more information you can go to the UK borders agencies website:
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visitingtheuk/businessandspecialvisitors/. IIRMD cannot be held responsible for the refusal to grant a visa, and in such circumstances, the normal cancellation and transfer charges will apply.
Disability Policy
We endeavour to make our courses as fully accessible as we can to those with disabilities or special needs (such as issues relating to mobility, impairment of hearing, vision or speech) and ensure that that the provision of our courses (including the event facilities) comply with all applicable equality legislation.
To enable us to provide assistance where we are reasonably able to do so, delegates need to notify us of any special requirement. So please contact us at +44 (0)20 7017 7195 or bookings-hotline@iir-conferences.com in good time before the course if you have any special requirements and we will do all we can to help. For example, we are happy to supply the learning materials prior to the event if this would assist in the case of relevant disability. Additionally, we are happy for you to bring guide dogs, signers or interpreters if this is necessary. However please note that our courses are taught in English and a sufficient level of English is assumed. Unfortunately due to course dynamics we can’t have language interpreters present at our courses.
