Heather Dallas now runs her own business after eleven years as a senior training manager within Deloitte & Touche where she managed a team of 15 people and designed and delivered courses for external clients as well as the UK and global firm.

Heather is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner as well as a qualified NLP Global Trainer and Consultant. She is a Team Learning System consultant which is a leading edge team diagnostic tool. Heather has an enthusiastic and approachable delivery style and incorporates a balanced mixture of theory, reflection and activity according tailors her courses to the needs and learning styles of the audience.

She currently trains and facilitates events for leading organisations such as NOP, Accenture, Glaxo Smithkline, Water UK, Unilever, Aspen Recruitment, IIR, Eunite, Investors' Compensation Scheme, The Irish Stock Exchange, AstraZeneca and The Irish Women's Network and still works closely with Deloitte & Touche on various UK and global training projects.
