Course Leader
This Course will be led by Larry Reynolds. Larry is MD of 21st Century Leader, a consultancy which helps companies to choose the best way to develop effective and ethical leaders. Larry has helped to develop leaders and build high performance teams in a wide range of organisations including AstraZeneca, Birmingham International Airport, Bloomberg, DuPont, First Choice, Kingston University, London Borough of Camden, Manchester Metropolitan University, Microsoft, Motorola, Nokia, Northern Arts, Oxfam, Robert McBride, Rotary Watches, Save the Children, Skipton Building Society, Transco, Volkswagen Group and many others.
In addition, Larry is a well-known author whose books include: Beyond Total Quality Management, The Trust Effect, The 21st Century Leader and Business Focused Training. He has an MA from Cambridge University, as well as a PGCE and MBA. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
