Digital marketing requires a fundamental shift in the way that we think about our customer and how we create strong and lasting relationships with them. This Digital Marketing programme is your essential toolkit to competing and winning in this ever-changing world. We will cover areas at each stage of the customer lifecycle and ensure you have a firm grounding of each stage of the digital marketing process from strategy to execution.

Students have 6 months to complete all of the modules and pass the final exam in order to achieve the School of Marketing Certificate in Digital Marketing.

In order to get the Certificate in Digital Marketing, you are required to complete 2 forms of assessment.
After each module you are required to complete the knowledge-based multiple choice question test and achieve a minimum mark of 70% in each.
Once you have completed all 11 modules you will have access to the final exam that consists of 100 scenario based multiple choice questions. You are required to achieve a minimum mark of 70% overall in order to pass.
