  • How to design and build a detailed project plan – from start to finish
  • Ways to overcome problems and barriers though various creative thinking techniques
  • How to present your results and ideas with confidence and success

You will be given a solid framework of the methodology behind the process but also have ample opportunity to practice and demonstrate your new skills through group discussion, case studies and reality based exercises.

Exercises include: Defining project criteria; How to handle difficult personalities; Plus, a final exercise will take you through the complete project management process, from initial planning through to completion – with support and coaching from your course leader throughout.

Jenny Boreham has provided dynamic training for both private and public sectors. Prior to this she was a manager for Guinness Brewing before becoming a regional manager for the RSA Examinations. She was also a founder member of the secretarial development network, together with representatives of Arthur Anderson, The Industrial Society and Unilever. She is a regular speaker at key international conferences on a wide range of issues and topics relating to the changing skills and roles of the modern PA. She is also a qualified NLP Business Practitioner.
