Do you understand the jargon that is ‘accounts speak’? Can you make sense of a set of financial figures? Are you confused by cash flow statements? Do you control your budget or does your budget control you? Would you like to budget successfully? These issues are all covered in this inspirational two day course.
It will give you:
Firstly, we will ensure that you are comfortable with the vocabulary & concepts. You will learn to read a set of financial figures either in the management accounts format or in the published accounts format and understand the messages trapped within. Finally, you will be able to budget for both income & costs, enabling you to convince the finance function that your predicted budgets are vital to the organisation.
