Simon Roskrow

Simon has worked with Shell’s UK division on a strategic project to analyse retail services and then with Shell International, creating brand image development plans across the world.

He has worked with Schroders, in Mergers and Acquisitions, where he was involved in the demerger of British Gas, the floatation of the Woolwich Building Society, the hostile takeover of a US Life Assurance business and the dismantling and reconstruction of a failing oil and engineering company.

Working in the execution team of the M&A division, Simon’s focus was on developing detailed analysis of business performance and identifying value creation opportunities for clients.

In 1997, Simon returned to P&G, covering roles in sales, finance, production and general management, and included leading edge work in category management, bringing financially robust decision making into non-finance parts of the organisation and helping to transform the performance of a factory on the verge of closure.

In addition to working with P&G, he has worked with clients as diverse as Nestle, Asda, The Co-Operative, the NAAFI, R&R Ice Cream, HSBC, Barratts, SCA, Excellian, London Clearing House, Centrica, the European Bank, North Yorkshire Police and Norwich Union. He’s delivered training across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
