  • Using body language to enhance your communication success: Verbal techniques; Physical techniques
  • Developing your personal action plan: Using the tools and strategies you have learned; Identifying a key challenge you will tackle


Judy Fuggle set up her training and management consultancy service in after careers in the Navy, the Civil Service and a major UK bank. Judy has a wide range of experience training a diverse audience. She has held several posts at all levels of management and understands how important it is to tailor training to match organisations’ needs.
