The course will be highly participative and will involve participants taking part in role plays, exercises & simulations.

This programme utilises the 'Action Learning' approach. This is based on three guiding principles:

  1. People learn best from reflected practice, by stepping back & thinking about what they are doing - and why
  2. The best test of any learning is to try it out in action
  3. The learning process is strengthened by regularly sharing the experience with those who are also learning by doing

Martin Brookes is an experienced trainer & facilitator.

He has run both public programs & in-company courses for clients such as Vodafone, Expedia & Coke. As an experienced trainer Martin works both nationally & internationally has had extensive experience of working in continental Europe, the USA, & Russia & has also delivered training in South Africa, India, Malaysia & Kazakhstan.

With a 23 year background in sales, Martin brings a wealth of real-world industry experience to his training. He also has a keen interest in Psychology & holds numerous Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) qualifications.
