Heather Dallas

Heather Dallas designs & delivers various programmes for IIR and is also a keynote speaker at IIR global conferences for PAs.

Heather’s has a secretarial background & has 12 years’ experience as a senior training manager at Deloitte. She has run PA programmes in Russia, Switzerland, Austria, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic & Malta.


Angela Tennent

Angela designs and delivers a wide range of financial and business development training programmes. She specialises in finance courses for non-financial personnel and performance coaching for individuals, working with clients in the UK and overseas.

She started her career at Deloitte where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She managed the firm’s National Leadership and Development Programme for managers up to partnership.
