Need to convince your boss?

Help your boss understand how IIRMD can make a difference

This course can also be delivered in-house and tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Click here for more information.

Good speakers convey passion, enthusiasm and energy - they inspire and excite, they arouse and enable. They connect with their audience - not just on the surface but emotionally, at the level of the beliefs and feelings of the audience. Many people fail to use effectively the most motivating and powerful influencing force at their disposal. The art of delivery is not a talent which people are born with, but a skill which you can acquire.
This intensive and practical workshop has been specifically designed to enable you to become a confident and competent presenter. You will discover the secrets behind the mystique of how to deliver a powerful presentation and how to "get through" and not just "give out" in order to develop a real emotional connection with your audience.

DELIVER CONVINCING AND CHARISMATIC PRESENTATIONS - AND TRULY MANAGE AND CONNECT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE!

This programme is truly "hands on" and therefore in addition to practical exercises throughout the two days, participants will be required to prepare a short presentation prior to the course (click here to view preparation work). Participants will also need to set aside time on the evening of the first day to prepare a presentation for the following day. In addition, you will receive a video of your own presentations which you can use both to help you critique your technique during the course, and to review at your leisure - as evidence of just how much your skills have improved!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is designed for managers who present to clients or colleagues, or who represent their organisation at public events or conferences. You will discover how you can improve the style and structure of your presentations, and will focus on developing and refining the personal aspects of your delivery.
